My first flight was as a 15 month old, crossing an ocean due to my father’s job with a multinational company. As an adult, I have spent nearly two decades working with globally mobile families, the educators and counsellors who support them, and the HR teams who employ and send them abroad. I have spent half that time engaged in research to bring greater awareness to the experiences and needs of this community, and bring this background to all my presentations.
